San Jose nightlife
The nightlife in San Jose is best described as relaxing. You won't find any of the clubs that Ibiza is famous for here - rather, quaint tapas bars such as El Destino and excellent restaurants where the quality of the food and service is second to none. If you do get the urge to experience the hedonistic and electric nightlife of San Antonio, its only 10kms away.
San Jose Beaches
Being a hilltop village, the nearest beaches to San Jose are around the San Antonio area and the pine covered coves of the beautiful and quiet Cala Moli and Es Cubells. Cala Tarida is also close by with its lovely white strip of talcum powder sand - one of the best beaches for families and plenty of watersports on offer including jet skis and scuba diving.
For a fun day out, Aguamar waterpark in Playa d'en Bossa is the largest in Ibiza and open from mid June until October and has many rides for adults and children. Ibiza's other waterpark, Agualandia in Talamanca, is smaller and more geared towards children.
