Loch Aline is a small yet bustling resort within Argyll and Bute. It sits on the Movern peninsula on Scotland's west coast looking on to the Isle of Mull. Cottage holidays around Loch Aline are extremely popular as you can catch a ferry to the Isles of the Hebrides - over 100 of them! The main town is Movern at the southern end of Loch Aline where you will find everything you need from supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Renting a holiday cottage in Loch Aline is also a good base for sightseeing excursions into the western Highlands where you will discover countless monros and sparkling lochs with glorious beaches and watersports.
