Kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 65 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Above Domaso, in the district of Vercana, in the resort 3 km from the centre of Domaso, 53 km from the centre of Como, 53 km from the centre of Lecco, in an elevated position on a slope, 2.8 km from the lake. For shared use: property, terraced garden with meadow. 50 m long steep motor access. Parking on the premises, public parking 100 m.
