"Verde", 4-room semi-detached house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Living room with panoramic window with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 1 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, cooking island) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and TV (flat screen). Large terrace 50 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous, of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Residence "les hauts de Pavellone". Outside the resort, 8 km from the centre of Porto-Vecchio, on top of a hill, traffic calmed area, 200 m from the sea, 750 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Steep motor access to 100 m from the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "plage de Pavellone" 750 m. Sports harbour 9 km. Nearby attractions: Centre ville de Porto-Vecchio 10 km, Plage de Palombaggia 8 km, Plage de Santa Giulia 11 km, Bonifacio 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de l'Ospédale 30 km.
