Electric heating, air-conditioning. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Large terrace 70 m2, terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
