Kitchenette (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 10 m2, north facing position and north facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: apartment carpark side. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
