Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Please note: there are 5 steps between the living/dining room and the bedroom. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

All houses in the residence have a fenced terrace residence "Les Cracks". In the resort, 1.6 km from the centre, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Motor access to 100 m from the house.
