Kitchen-/living room (oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Heating not available in all rooms. 3 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). View of the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Recommended occupancy with 4 persons until 01.06. and from 01.10. as limited heating in outbuilding depending on weather conditions.
